The Warehouse USA is Hiring an Inventory Control Lead Near Hardeeville, SC
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 8 - 10 Hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, an occasional weekend may be required during peak seasons
Hourly Pay Rate: $18 - $21
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to use computer, email, RF scanners, and a working knowledge of WMS.
- Proficient understanding of Inventory control and Bin Management.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Oversee the creation of new primary pick locations.
- Answers questions and solves inventory control issues based on extensive inventory control and company specific knowledge.
- Ensure the accurate receiving, transferring, and cycle-counting of our inventory.
- Manage and monitor inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Support the Receiving Supervisor with daily task and responsibilities during their absence.
- This person will play a key role as we strive for 100% on-time shipping rates, perfect accuracy, and continuous productivity improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement, and build a culture that embraces that mindset.
- Ability to grasp, pull and lift product from shelving up to 75lbs.
- 2 years as a lead or supervisor.
- Familiar with the use of RF Technology.
- Minimum of 3 year operating a stand-up electric Reach Truck and Cherry/Order Picker.
- High School diploma required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Leadership, organizational skills; good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to learn the current process quickly and to identify process improvement opportunities.
